first off, i was wandering between the campuses of nku and xavier because i couldn't remember if i went to nku and i needed to get my grades or something. i ran into laura schafer at xavier and she pointed me back towards nku where i ran into jeff hill. he had this cool house but since it was the last day of school all his shit was in boxes in the middle of the hallway.
jeff lived on this creek front which actually looked like a third world country's ghetto with all the shacks and boxes piled everywhere. close to the water line, there were bar-type places that had different hallways to use as the water in the creek rose and fell.
the creek was filled with boats on either side and it looked a lot like lake havasu. for some reason i was walking back and forth along this dock than ran down one side of the creek and talking on a cell phone to micah. i could walk down without getting wet, but when i turned around, the dock had sunk.
eventually i just ended up in the water and swam up the creek a little where i ran into some girls from madison or something who were totally stoked about having found an apartment to live in that year. (note: i think these boats qualified as apartments somehow.) they seemed to know who i was and, while they looked familiar, i couldn't think of who they were. they asked me if i remembered some other girl and i said yes even though i didn't.
then mr. dhonau showed up and informed them that whatever they had found was not an apartment, but rather a very large color printer. it turns out there were dozens of these large printers in the water near us and we then had to help switch the cables on them because they were running out of ink. mr. dhonau told the girls that, at first, he thought this color printer would make a good apartment too, but this one was actually located in detroit. (yea, this makes no sense whatsoever...)
then this boat speeds by and i have to duck underwater so i don't get hit. when i resurface i'm in this underground drainage system (like something that would be near a huge dam). down a couple of different tunnels, i can see these dudes:
they're about 20 feet tall or so and i think they are blind. they are definitely chasing me and every time i turn around there's a new one coming toward me.
(here's the hilarious part.)
when i see these guys, i scream. but i don't just yell in fear. i say "no! bear is driving!"
(and it get's even better)
i actually woke up and said this out loud at least three times.
sheesh..... i'm fucking crazy.
